| When I try to log in, the program keeps telling me my password is not correct. | Make sure your browser has cookies turned on to accept. This option can be found in the options or properties sections of your browser. Both Netscape and Microsoft browsers have the option to turn cookies on or off. |
| Nothing happens when I press the build button. | Make sure that your browser is ready to run JavaScript. This option can be found in the options or properties sections of your browser. Both Netscape and Microsoft browsers have the option to turn JavaScript on or off. |
| The graphics do not seems to load properly. | Older versions of a Web browser may not be able to properly run the embedded JavaScript. For best results use Netscape 4.0, MS Explorer 5.0 or any newer version. |
| The pages or the graphics take too long to load. | Speed will depend on many factors, including your connection speed and demand on the server where these pages are stored. The total amount of data being downloaded is much more than just what you see on the screen--so hang in there. |
